Full Time • Remote Flexible - US
 The Fitness Operations Specialist will assist in the implementation of organizational processes for the fitness team. The Fitness Operations Specialist will report directly to the Fitness Operations & Strategy Senior Manager to help support the development and execution of operational projects and initiatives, including process management and implementation. Additionally, this position will work collaboratively amongst the Global Fitness Team and cross-departmentally with key subject matter experts to efficiently coordinate and execute operation-based deliverables.  Fitness Operations Specialist will be responsible for regularly communicating, both written and orally, with key stakeholders across the brand. 

  • Maintain the fitness team’s project management software (i.e., Google suite, to ensure team alignment 
  • Develop, maintain, and execute upon appropriate timelines for fitness projects and initiatives 
  • Work with the fitness team to overcome obstacles / risks that would delay or defer swift implementation 
  • Collaborate on new strategies for swift adoption into the global network 
  • Provide support on the implementation of new systems and platforms within the fitness team 
  • Create and monitor workback schedules aligned with key projects and initiatives 
  • Work in conjunction with fitness team leadership to understand and analyze key metrics to drive inter- and intra-departmental communication and operational efficiency 
  • Create and maintain internal/external fitness surveys, as requested 
  • Provide pre-event and potentially on-site support for internal and external OTF events 
  • Assist fitness leadership team with additional requests as needed  
  • Organize and draft interdepartmental fitness communications to ensure team alignment / awareness 
  • Work with cross-departmental teams on internal and external communications 
  • Assemble network-facing briefing communication/documentation required for Executive leadership approval 
  • Oversee the fitness inbox by responding to and / or triaging responses within 1 business day 
  • Review fitness team announcements, bulletin content, and details to ensure they align with the timelines and implementation strategy 
  • Coordinate the auditing and updating of fitness documentation (guides, templates, execution guides) for content, formatting standardization, and accuracy 
  • Create contract documentation and support the approval process of external vendors and partners 
  • Work with cross-departmental teams on special event approvals, including but not limited to Outdoor Workouts, Single Event Workouts, and workshops 
  • Attend and participate in collaboration sessions and team meetings related to key initiatives and special projects 
Webinars / Presentations / Events 
  • Support the creation of fitness team presentations and ensure all content is current and accurate 
  • Work with operations team to ensure webinars are scheduled accordingly via the designated virtual software 
  • Work with operations team to manage recordings and maintain webinar archive files for relevance 
  • Minimum 2+ years’ related experience in an operations role; fitness industry a plus 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Orangetheory Fitness role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience 
  • Extreme proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office) and project management software 
  • Franchise experience a plus 
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and processes simultaneously a must  
This is a full-time, remote flexible position
Orangetheory Fitness currently observes the following hybrid work model for employees at the Boca Raton, FL Grove office: 
  • Remote optional: Mondays and Fridays
  • On-site days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
