Our Learning & Development team drives the concept, development and implementation of scalable training programs and learning events that empower franchisees and staff to achieve optimal results. The Instructional Designer will play a vital role in assisting in developing an eLearning program for fitness and sales/operations training.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Responsible for storyboarding, designing, and building interactive eLearning modules
- Advise team on how to best utilize and transform content into eLearning training for the franchisees, corporate employees, presenters, and sales and fitness staff
- Work closely with the development team to create videos (animated and/or filmed), simulations and role play scenarios into eLearning modules
- Advise on how to best blend eLearning with a hands-on, interactive workshop and incorporate pre- and post-learning reinforcement goals
- Ability to meet deliverables within tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Highly collaborative individual with ability to offer recommendations on best practices for developing eLearning and virtual training
- Creating dynamic and engaging PowerPoint presentations for large scale learning events
- Ability to script and create outlines from collaborative meetings with SME’s
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
- Bachelor’s Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or equivalent work experience in a related field is required
- A minimum of 3 years in an Instructional Design or Learning and Development role
- Experience in fitness, retail sales, or franchise training development is a plus
- Advanced eLearning development skills with ownership of licenses (Adobe Captivate preferred)
- Experience developing SCORM-compliant training
- Experience in Video production and editing
- Experience Creating dynamic and engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Experience in LMS platforms preferred

- Remote optional: Mondays and Fridays
