Equipment Program Coordinator

The Equipment Program Coordinator’s role is to assist and support our Fitness Equipment business through successful representation of Orangetheory corporate headquarters in communication, customer service and the logistics associated with sourcing and delivering equipment to our large and diverse franchise network.
  • Receive customer (franchisee) sales orders and subsequently place purchase orders on suppliers
  • Schedule and coordinate the delivery of equipment packages and/or miscellaneous product deliveries to studio locations
  • Lend assistance in collecting and building accurate data on each franchise location
  • Serve as a direct client interface, acting as a liaison between the corporate entity and franchisees
  • Utilize the companies CRM (currently and other tools to administer the tasks above
  • Maintain equipment package compliance standards

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar preferred
  • 2+ years in Customer Service Role a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other data management applications
  • Previous experience with or comparable CRM preferred
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to learn and understand a fitness equipment product offering, warranties, pricing, etc.
This is a full-time position located at the corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.
